Due to the custom-made nature of the jewelry and keepsakes—each intricately handmade with time and love—these items are non‑returnable and non-refundable. I am willing to work on issues within reasonable ways.

You must inspect your order(s) within 3 calendar days by 11:59 pm from delivery date and report any issues.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

No refunds for orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address nor for returned orders.

Ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If the order is returned, it will be resent to the correct address.

No refunds for lost, stolen or damaged in transit after the carrier’s tracking shows the package as delivered as it is out of my control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Product(s) should be stored in a box with padding material to prevent any breakage.

Otherwise, keep items away from any heavy objects or any place that will crush the products.

If there are workmanship issues, it will be reviewed case by case. I do inspect and ensure that my items are made to withstand gentle handling and proper storage.

Resolution could involve return of damaged product to be replace or exchange with equal value depending on inventory.
