Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing, you are responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing with the refund, return and cancellation policy. The policy may change without notice.

Due to the custom-made nature of the jewelry and keepsakes—each intricately handmade with time and love—these items are non‑returnable and non-refundable. I am willing to work on issues within reasonable ways.​

  • You must inspect your order(s) within 3 calendar days from delivery date and report any issues

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

    • You must purchase responsibly. ​

  • No refunds for orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address nor for returned orders.

    • Ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

    • If the order is returned, it will be resent to the correct address.

    • You must pay for additional shipping expense, if any.

    • Further instructions will be given via email.

  • No refunds for lost, stolen or damaged in transit after the carrier’s tracking shows the package as delivered as it is out of my control.

  • No refunds for mishandling of product(s).

  • If there are workmanship issues, it will be reviewed case by case. I do inspect and ensure that my items are made to withstand gentle handling and proper storage. 

    • You must inform me within 3 calendar days from delivery date. 

    • Product(s) should be stored in a box with padding material to prevent any breakage.

    • Otherwise, keep items away from any heavy objects or any place that will crush the products.
