SHIPPING  INFORMATION:

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be process.

  • Tracking number will be provided via email.

  • If you can't find your shipping or order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folder or email belovedpetalscustomerservice@gmail.com.

  • Includes carrier liability insurance up to the value of the product(s).

  • Inspect your order within 3 calendar days and report any issues to be further reviewed.

  • If the tracking information provided by the carrier shows that the package has been marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.​

  • I am not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery.

  • We recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors, household members, or building management if applicable for lost packages.
